Kate Bellissimo is the founder and Director of Crystal Jay Care, and has an extensive knowledge, and qualifications relating to Human Services and Disability Services, including a diploma of leadership and management, Diploma of Community services, Graduate Certificate of Human Services and is currently studying Master of Social Work at the Charles Sturt University. With over 8years experience working in the Disability and Childcare sectors, Kate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those living with disabilities, she believes that Support and Care should be provided to people with Disability with the sole aim of enhancing independence where necessary and she strive to achieve this outcome every day!

Before joining CJ Care, I had spent a lot of time on the lookout for a perfect disability care service that will give me maximum support. Ever since I joined CJ Care, it has been a great experience for me. The team has been a great support system for me. They deliver their services with decency and respect.
